Mohammed Al Balushi is an experienced HR professional with a robust background in human resources and organizational development. Currently serving as the Manager of HR & OD at Muscat Overseas since October 2015, Mohammed leads the HR department, implementing key processes such as performance appraisals, recruitment, HR policies, training, and employee engagement. Prior roles include Executive HR/OD, HR Officer at Suhail Bahwan Group Holding, and HR Assistant at al Jazeira Services. Mohammed holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Business Administration and Management from Universiti Tenaga Nasional, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Bedfordshire, and a Business Higher Diploma from the SQA – Scottish Qualifications Authority.
