Paul’s practice encompasses a broad range of real estate and business transactions entities throughout various stages of the business lifecycle, including corporate formations, mergers and acquisitions, commercial lending, joint ventures, distressed investments and real estate purchases, sales and leasing.
In the commercial real estate area, Paul represents owners, developers and investors in the acquisition, disposition, permitting, financing, leasing and joint venture structuring of all property types, including office, hotel, warehouse, retail and multi‐family residential.
Paul also represents local and national lenders and borrowers on asset based, mortgage and construction lending transactions.
Prior to joining Murtha Cullina, Paul was a lawyer in private practice at several boutique firms in the northeast.
