Tara Heard has worked in various roles in the government sector, including as Manager Governance & Risk at Murrindindi Shire Council and currently serving as the Director of Operations at Yea & District Memorial Hospital. Tara is also an Independent Member at Ballarat City Council. Tara holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Law from Deakin University.
