Caroline McLennan is an experienced education professional currently serving as the Organizing and Advocacy Partnerships Success Manager at murmuration, since April 2022. Prior to this, Caroline held multiple roles at Educators for Excellence from July 2019, including Outreach Director and Senior Outreach Director, Data Lead, where responsibilities encompassed conducting outreach to educators, developing teacher leaders, and managing data needs using Salesforce. Caroline has a strong background in teaching, with roles at Achievement First Apollo Elementary School and Achievement First Amistad Academy Elementary School, where significant reading growth was achieved among students. Additional experience includes serving as an Operations Coordinator with Teach For America and interning with the District of Columbia Public Schools. Caroline holds a Master’s degree in Elementary Education from Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor's degree in History from William & Mary.
