Conor Murphy is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in international recruitment and marketing. Currently serving as the Regional Manager at Murdoch University since October 2018, Conor manages the development and implementation of recruitment strategies across multiple regions, including Africa, Bhutan, Europe, the Middle East, and Pakistan. Key responsibilities include directing recruitment activities, leading offshore teams, and conducting market analysis to optimize recruitment efforts. Prior to this role, Conor was the Marketing Manager at Edith Cowan College from February 2012 to September 2018, where the management of recruitment strategies in South Asia, the Middle East, and Africa resulted in those areas contributing to 85% of new enrolments from offshore markets in the final year. Conor holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Technological University Dublin and a Bachelor's degree in Business/Managerial Economics from The Berlin School of Economics and Law.
