Senior Software Engineer, Design System And Accessibility at MURAL

Ryan Dudek has a decade of experience in the field of software engineering, specifically focused on front-end development and user experience. Ryan is currently working at Mural as a Senior Software Engineer, leading the design system and accessibility team. In this role, they collaborate with designers and engineers to build a robust and flexible design system. Additionally, Ryan has set up an extensive testing framework that can be used by other teams for various tests, including HTML validation, automated accessibility scans, and visual regression tests.

Prior to their current position, Ryan worked at EY Design Studio as a UX Tech Lead from October 2017 to January 2021. Their responsibilities included collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to design and develop web and mobile applications, conducting usability research, and building internal applications. Before that, they served as a Senior UX Engineer at EY Design Studio from July 2015 to September 2017.

Ryan's earlier experience includes working at EPAM / Empathy Lab as a Senior Software Engineer from March 2014 to June 2015, where they collaborated with colleagues across different disciplines to deliver web applications and provided solutions to user experience and interface design departments.
