Justin Logan is an experienced engineering program manager specializing in spacecraft avionics, currently working at Planet since April 2021. Prior to this role, Justin held various program management positions at Loon, which aimed to deliver LTE service through a network of stratospheric balloons, focusing on operations, testing, and network deployment. Earlier experience includes roles at X, the moonshot factory, and Google, where Justin managed avionics integration and field testing for Project Loon, achieving significant operational improvements. Justin's career began in the US Army, where responsibilities included IT management and operations leadership. Justin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in History from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
