Giselle Mu Huey Shyan is an accomplished sales and business development professional with extensive experience in the food ingredients industry. Currently serving as Regional Sales Head for Asia at Muntons Plc since June 2015, responsibilities include driving business growth and managing distributor relationships across South East Asia. Prior roles include Business Development Manager at Oritag Pte Ltd and significant contributions to AgeD'or Group’s food ingredients sector by developing new product marketing strategies. Earlier experience as an R&D Food Technologist at Singapore Polytechnic involved consultancy projects and product development for SMEs, and initial roles included a Food Technologist position at FES Industries Pte Ltd, focusing on HACCP management and quality assurance. Educational qualifications include an MBA from the University of Roehampton and a Bachelor of Commerce and Marketing from Murdoch University.
