Eva Gibbons, SHRBP, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at Munson, a position held since November 2023. Gibbons has a robust history in human resources, including roles such as Vice President and Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at NBT Bank, where strategic support and workforce planning were key responsibilities. Previous experience includes directing HR functions at Old Forge Properties Inc/Enchanted Forest Water Safari, overseeing HR operations at Colgate University, and serving as the Recruitment & Retention Coordinator at Crouse Hospital. Gibbons’ career began with various talent acquisition and HR generalist roles from 1997 to 2007. Gibbons holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Ecology from SUNY Oneonta and has pursued further education at the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin - Madison, Le Moyne College, and the University of Phoenix.
