Theo A. Bruton is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in various roles within corporate law. Currently serving as a Senior Attorney at Munsch Hardt Kopf & Harr, PC since June 2022, Theo previously held the position of Associate General Counsel at Vaquero Ventures from May 2017 to June 2022. Prior to that, Theo worked as Attorney and In-House Counsel at Sabre Industries, Inc. from April 2015 to May 2017. Theo holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Texas A&M University School of Law and a Bachelor's Degree in Business from Baylor University's Hankamer School of Business.
