Salman Saleh is currently working as an Engineer at Munro & Associates, having previously held the title of Value Engineer at ZF Group. With a background in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Detroit Mercy, Salman has experience in spearheading cross-functional teams for VAVE changes, negotiating savings with suppliers, and organizing virtual events for cost reduction ideas. Prior to their current roles, Salman worked as a Research & Development Intern at Magna Services of America Inc, where Salman summarized scientific articles and set project goals.
