Sophie Maclean, CHRL, is an experienced Human Resources professional with a diverse background spanning over a decade. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at the Municipality of Clarington since May 2022, Sophie previously held the position of Senior HR Generalist at the Town of Whitchurch-Stouffville from January 2018 to May 2022. Additional experience includes roles as an HR Advisor at Yellow Pages, a Generalist in HR & Collaboration at the Multiple Sclerosis Society of Canada, and a Regional Recruiter for Talent Acquisition at Starbucks. Sophie also worked as an HR Generalist for MLSE, an HR Staffing Coordinator at The Home Depot Canada, and completed an internship as an HR Coordinator at FGL Sports Ltd. Sophie holds a Human Resources Management Diploma from Niagara College, earned between 2006 and 2009.
