Petko Petkov is an experienced professional in project and facility management with a robust background in construction and consulting. Since March 2011, Petko has served as Project & Facility Manager at IMO Property Investments Sofia, focusing on property and facility management along with problem-solving and consultancy. Concurrently, Petko has worked as Bank BCP Manager at Postbank since August 2005, overseeing the execution of construction projects and ensuring operational continuity. Previously, Petko held the position of CEO at ABM Balkans from September 2010 to December 2012, specializing in design works and project management in the environmental and water treatment sectors. Earlier roles include Project Manager at ER-BA Construction from January 2003 to June 2005 and Engineer at HRT Ltd. from January 2002 to January 2003. Petko holds a Master’s degree in Project Management from the International Business School and a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Architecture, Civil Engineering & Geodesy, complemented by secondary education in computer science.
