Pamela Solomon serves as a member of the Board of Directors for 3CMA, with a tenure beginning in September 2022. From May 2015 to the present, Solomon holds the position of Assistant Director of Communications for the City of Weston, Florida, overseeing communications and outreach activities for a population of 67,000. Solomon's extensive experience includes a two-decade role at the City of North Miami from 1995 to May 2015, where responsibilities included Public Information Manager, Public Information Officer, Recreation Supervisor, and Recreation Coordinator, handling media relations, crisis communications, and community events. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Communications from Barry University and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Florida International University.
