James Carroll has extensive experience in software and data development, currently serving as Lead Software Developer at the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board since December 2012, with prior roles there as Senior Data Developer, Data Developer, and Lead Data Developer. Before this, James worked as a Data Management Analyst at TEOCO from September 2010 to December 2012. James earned a Bachelor of Arts in English/Journalism from Christopher Newport University, graduating in 2008.
