Paul Barry is an experienced Senior Software Developer with a strong background in distributed systems and geographic information systems (GIS). Currently at Public Sector since August 2003, Paul specializes in Java, Oracle, AWS, and open source stacks. Previous roles include Senior Software Developer at Delano Technology, where Paul developed an early asynchronous CRM system for Fortune 500 clients, and CEO/Chief Architect at PBSS. Paul has also contributed to GIS application development at Market Information Services of Canada/America, implementing Y2K solutions, and served as an Officer in the Canadian Armed Forces (Reserves) from 1988 to 1994.
