Craig Duncan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the insurance industry. Since April 2017, Craig has served as Vice President of Reinsurance Claims at Munich Re Canada. Prior to this role, Craig held the position of Vice-President of Claims at CNA Insurance from April 2010 to August 2016. Craig's career began at Crawford & Company, where Craig worked from November 1990 to March 2010 in a Regional Claims Centre capacity. Craig holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honors) degree in Psychology from Western University, earned from 1983 to 1987.
