Oliver Schultes is a Manager of Corporate Development & Consulting at Munich Airport International GmbH since January 2022, specializing in advising international clients in the mobility, transport, and infrastructure sectors on strategic projects, alongside in-house strategy and product development. Prior to this role, Oliver served as Project Leader in the In-house Consulting division of Flughafen München GmbH from 2012 to December 2021, overseeing complex strategic programmes and projects, including organisational change, process optimization, and digital transformation. Oliver holds an MBA from TUM School of Management and completed an exchange module at Tsinghua University School of Economics and Management.
