Fabian Martinez began their work experience as a Networking and Support employee at WAL*MART in 1995, where they gained valuable experience in the retail industry. In 1999, they joined Marhnos as an IT Manager, contributing to the development of construction projects and infrastructure. From 2002 to 2005, Martinez worked as an IT Director at SG La Plataforma, followed by their role as IT Director at Electronica Steren from 2006 to 2011. In 2012, they served as a Senior IT Executive at Basham, Ringe y Correa, S.C. and then as an IT Director at Ezcorp / Empeño Fácil from 2013 to 2014. In 2015, Martinez became the CIO at Global IT Delivery & PMP Services until 2016 when they took on the role of Corporate IT Director at Mundo Imperial. Fabian'smost recent position offers him the opportunity to oversee information technology operations at Acapulco's premier travel, hotels, resort, convention, and entertainment destination.

Fabian Martinez earned a BSc in Computer Information Systems Degree from Universidad Iberoamericana, Ciudad de México between 1988 and 1993.
