Joysha Agarwal currently serves as the Product Operations Lead at Munaro, where successful launches of over 100 SKUs have been achieved through end-to-end development and optimization of product content. Prior experience includes a Strategy Associate role at OnePointFive, focusing on GHG emissions calculations and project selection for climate justice. Joysha also interned at Yale School of Management, contributed to Tommy Hilfiger's planning and buying departments, and held significant leadership positions with Girl Up under the United Nations Foundation. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Yale School of Management and a Bachelor of Fashion Technology from the National Institute of Fashion Technology Delhi.
