Raphael Di Francesco is an experienced Senior ICT Manager at MS Plus since May 2019 and serves as the Information and Communication Technology Manager at VincentCare from January 2018 onwards, focusing on the delivery of ICT systems to support organizational strategic goals. Previously, Raphael worked at Bupa Australia from 2010 to 2017, leading the Information Security, Risk, and Governance initiatives for the Australia/New Zealand market unit and managing IT services for health-related sectors.
