Florence Grassl has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Florence began their career as a Buyer at CAMCO SA de CV in 2010, where they managed different product categories and had responsibilities in negotiating, inventory management, and establishing relationships with suppliers. In 2013, they joined Walmart as a Buyer and continued to enhance their skills in this role until 2015. Florence then became the President of the INCAE MBA Oath Club from 2015 to 2016. After that, they worked as a Board Member for INCAE Student Advisory Board and as a Consultant for Fundación Paniamor, where they designed a social business strategy for long-term financial sustainability. In 2016, Florence joined multimoney and served as a Project Manager and then as a Digital Marketing Specialist. Florence'smost recent position is a Product Innovation & Marketing Manager at Grupo Gente since 2020.
Florence Grassl began their education in 2002 at Colegio La Floresta, where they obtained a Bachillerato General degree in 2005. Florence then pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree at the University of Navarra from 2006 to 2009, majoring in Business Administration and Management. In 2008, they participated in an exchange program at Washington & Jefferson College, focusing on Business Administration, Management, and Operations. Continuing their educational journey, Florence received a Diploma in Accounting and Finance from Universidad Centroamericana 'José Simeón Cañas' in an ongoing period starting from 2010. Lastly, in 2015 and 2016, they furthered their studies with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from INCAE Business School.
