Dr Arnifa Asmawi is an accomplished academic at Multimedia University, where tenure includes roles as Associate Professor, Deputy Director of Strategy and Quality Assurance, Senior Lecturer, and Chairperson of the Centre for Knowledge and Innovation Management (CEKIM) since December 2008. Prior to this, Dr Arnifa served as a Strategy Analyst at Telekom Research & Development from 2004 to 2008. Educational qualifications comprise a Doctor of Philosophy in R&D & Innovation Management, a Master of Philosophy in Human Resource Management, and a Bachelor of Arts in Industrial Relations and Human Resource Management, all obtained from Multimedia University and the University of Kent between 1995 and 2008.
