Saadia Sehar currently serves as the Deputy Director Media at the Prime Minister's Office, Board of Investment in the Government of Pakistan since August 2023. With extensive experience in journalism and education, Saadia's career includes roles as a Features Writer/Photojournalist at the Associated Press of Pakistan from June 2005 to July 2024, Senior Correspondent for Xinhua News Agency (March 2010 - September 2022), and Professor at Allama Iqbal Open University (January 2012 - December 2018). Other notable positions include Reporter/Video Journalist at Geo Independent Media Corporation, Education Mentor for UNDP Pakistan and UNICEF Pakistan, and News Reporter/Photo-Video Journalist at Visual News Association Pakistan. Saadia also worked as a Journalist for Reuters News Agency and served as Principal at National Academy private school from January 1992 to December 1996.
