Jim is the Lead Independent non-executive Director. He has been a director of MCSA since March 2007. He previously served as chief executive officer of the Naspers Group's global video-entertainment platforms.

He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (honours) from the University of Cape Town and is a chartered accountant (South Africa).
