James Rankin is a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner currently employed at Multicap Limited since June 2023, following a similar role at Open Minds from January to June 2023. Prior to these positions, James served as a Research Assistant at Queensland University of Technology (QUT) from November 2021 to November 2022, focusing on the Accessible Assessment Research Project aimed at enhancing educational outcomes for children with developmental differences. James also gained experience as a Marketing Research Assistant at Neuro-Insight for a brief period in 2021 and worked as a Retail Assistant at MYER from August 2018 to November 2021. James holds dual Bachelor's degrees in Behavioural Science (Psychology) and Business (Marketing) from QUT, completed in 2019.
