Diane Singh has worked in various roles since 1986, beginning with a Customer Service Representative role at US Airways. In 2013, they became the Director of Communications for the Florida Association of Nonprofit Organizations, Inc. and in 2014 they were promoted to Executive Director. In 2016, they began working at Multi-Media Works, Inc. as a Video Marketing and Media Strategies Specialist, specializing in business and video marketing for nonprofits and sponsors. Additionally, they have been the Business Owner/Property Manager at Diane Singh Vacation Rentals since 2006, and since 2016 has been the Senior Director of Nonprofit Outreach to Board Members, Sponsors, Businesses, Nonprofits & the Public at Gold Coast Coffee.

Diane Singh attended Suffolk College from 1975 to 1977, where they earned a degree in Arts and Sciences. In 2012-2013, they obtained a Certificate in Concierge Entrepreneur from Triangle International and a Certificate in Professional Patient Advocate from Dorland Health. In 2013-2014, they earned a Sunshine Certificate in Nonprofit Management from Nova Southeastern/ Broward College/ Florida Association of Nonprofits. In 2015, they completed the Small Business Executive Program at the Jim Moran Institute for Entrepreneurship Small Business -Florida State University.
