Terri Helsel has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and industries. Terri started their career as a Human Resources Generalist at Wornick Foods, where they were responsible for various HR disciplines. Terri then joined Convergys, where they worked in roles such as Employee Relations Specialist and Sr Manager of HR Operations and Employee Relations, managing HR operations, resolving disputes, and conducting investigations. Terri then moved on to Siemens IT Solutions, where they served as a Human Resource Business Partner, providing coaching, consultation, and implementing efficiency measures. Terri later joined Amazon as a Human Resources Manager and Employee Relations Manager, responsible for employee relations, compliance, and training. At Paycor, Terri held roles such as Sr Manager and Director of HR Business Partner, supporting client services and aligning strategic initiatives. Currently, they are the Human Resources Director - Corporate & Commercial Excellence at MCC Label, providing HR services and counseling to Operations leaders. Terri's experience demonstrates their ability to handle multiple responsibilities and provide HR support and guidance in dynamic and challenging work environments.

Terri Helsel holds a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Labor and Employee Relations from the University of Cincinnati, which they completed in 2004. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Human Services, General from the same institution in 1999. In addition to their academic qualifications, Terri has also obtained certifications in Harrison Employee Development from Harrison Assessments Int'l in 2020, Assessment of Leadership Potential from Korn Ferry Hay Group in 2016, and Notary Public from the State of Ohio in 1994.
