Richard Spann, E.I. is a Water Resources Engineer at Muller Engineering Company since June 2019, with prior experience as a Stream Services Intern at the Urban Drainage and Flood Control District from August 2017 to May 2019. Richard also worked as a Courier for FedEx Express from January 2004 to August 2017, and completed an internship as a Civil Engineering Intern at the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission in the summer of 2015. Richard holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Colorado Denver, attained between 2015 and 2019, and an Associate's degree in General Studies from Arapahoe Community College, earned from 2013 to 2015.
