CharDay VinCal has a diverse work experience that spans several industries. They began their career as an Instructor at CoderDojo Twin Cities in 2015 and later worked as a Lifeguard and Swim Instructor at Saint Paul Public Schools from 2014 to 2016. In 2016, they interned at both The BrandLab and Nina Hale, Inc. - Digital Marketing Agency, serving as a BrandLab Intern and an intern, respectively. They also worked as an Instructor at Foss Swim School from 2016 to 2017. In 2017, they briefly worked as a Ticket Seller at the Minnesota State Fair before joining Target as a Guest Services employee from 2017 to 2020. In 2018, they interned at Clockwork Interactive. From 2021 to present, they have held the roles of Creative Lead at Pimento Relief Services and Media Buyer at Mediahub Worldwide.
CharDay VinCal attended Hamline University from 2016 to 2020, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and Management. They also obtained additional certifications, including the Google Digital Marketing & E-commerce Certificate from Coursera in February 2023, the Content Strategy for Marketers certification from LinkedIn in March 2022, and the Marketing: Copywriting for Social Media certification, also from LinkedIn, in March 2022.
