Ken Coles is an experienced engineering manager with a strong background in project development, maintenance systems, and production management across multiple industries. Currently serving as Engineering Manager at Mulgowie Farming Company since August 2013, Ken oversees project execution and maintenance support for a large horticultural operation spanning Queensland, New South Wales, and Victoria. Previously, as Engineering Manager at Boral Masonry from August 2011 to April 2013, Ken managed maintenance teams across multiple manufacturing plants. Earlier experience at Boral Plywood included roles as Production Manager and Production Services Manager, where Ken led substantial teams and oversaw significant production operations. Ken Coles holds a Fitter Turner Machinist degree from Bundamba TAFE and completed secondary education at Bremer State High School.
