Gemma Fagan has a diverse background, starting their career as a Residential worker at Belfast Health and Social Care Trust and progressing to roles such as Social Worker and Community Services Manager at the Rehab Group. Gemma currently holds the position of Residential leader/ Person in Charge at Muiriosa Foundation Ltd. Gemma also obtained a Certificate in Management from the University of Limerick and holds degrees in Social Work from Queen's University Belfast and Psychology from Regent House Grammar School.
