Dale Holdback has a diverse work history spanning over two decades. Dale has held various leadership positions in multiple industries, including real estate, health and wellness, mobile app development, publishing, and renewable energy.

In their most recent role as the Technical & Engineering Director at Property Investments Spain, Dale was responsible for establishing quality and operational standards to ensure compliance with structural drawings.

Prior to that, Dale served as the Director in Charge of Spain at Muhdo Health, where they played a key role in the development of the world's first genetic testing kit for internal wellness monitoring. Dale also founded the company and served as the Technology Director.

Dale also worked as a Director of Operations at SFP Media, where they designed and developed mobile apps, and as the Operations Director at CoreFit, a digital health and fitness app.

In addition to their roles in the private sector, Dale has contributed to the industry as a Technical Adviser at the European Ground Source Heat Pump Association (EGSHPA), establishing a new association to promote renewable energy.

Earlier in their career, Dale founded and served as the CEO of GeoPro Design S.L., a company focused on engineering and design. Dale also held leadership positions at Network Property Consultants S.L. and D.E.C. Coventry Ltd., where they managed manufacturing operations.

Dale Holdback completed their education in a chronological manner. Dale first attended North Warwickshire & Hinckley College from 1991 to 1995, where they pursued a degree in HNC Manufacturing Engineering with a focus on Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering. Subsequently, they enrolled at Coventry University from 1995 to 1998, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
