Marcus Goodwin, SHRM-CP, is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in HR, organizational development, and training consultation. Currently serving as an Independent Human Resources Consultant at the Muhammad Ali Center, Marcus also founded and operates Marcus J. Goodwin Consulting, LLC, specializing in HR services since March 2020. Previous roles include Human Resources/Payroll Manager at Wild Eggs, Retention & Organizational Development Specialist at Seven Counties Services, and various strategic positions at UPS, including the implementation of aviation security programs and training initiatives. Education includes a Master of Science in Human Resources and Organizational Development and a Bachelor of Science in Sociology, both from the University of Louisville.
