Leah Zou, PhD, is a seasoned professional specializing in product management and user research, currently serving as a Product Manager at MUFG Pension & Market Services since January 2025. Previously, Leah held the role of Lead Researcher & Product Manager at Spotlight Sports Group, where a data-driven approach to product development was championed, leading the implementation of internal data products and integrating machine learning into research. Additional experience includes positions at JPMorgan Chase & Co. as a Product Controller, and as a Management Consultant at Critical Future. Leah's academic background includes a PhD in Industrial and Organisational Psychology and an MSc in Management from Durham University, alongside a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Leeds.
