Nick Rowbotham has over 25 years of experience in operations management within the manufacturing sector. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Mueller Industries since March 2004, Nick oversees manufacturing processes, quality control, materials management, and cost-saving initiatives while also chairing the Site Health and Safety Committee. Prior to this role, Nick was a Senior Shift Manager at KME from 2000 to 2004, responsible for managing over 100 workers and contributing to senior management decisions on investments and performance. Nick’s career began at Viasystems (1995-2000) as a Shift Manager, where effective coordination across business units ensured optimal capacity utilization and timely customer delivery. Nick holds a B.Sc (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Plymouth, earned between 1981 and 1984.
