Grace Lu is a software engineer who has worked with various programming languages and technologies over the course of their career. Grace began their career as a webmaster and electronic music director at KWUR 90.3 FM, where they created a scheduler for student radio shows and maintained executive email accounts and the KWUR website. Grace then transitioned to CodeHS, where they worked as a software engineer for four years, during which time they gained experience with Python (Django), Javascript (jQuery), Salesforce (Apex), HTML/css (Less), and MySQL. Most recently, Grace has been working as a mentor at Springboard, helping students learn Javascript (React), Python (Flask), Postgres, and Heroku. Grace is currently employed as a software engineer at Muck Rack.
Grace Lu went to Buckingham Browne & Nichols for high school and then Washington University in St. Louis for their Bachelor of Science in Computer Science.
