Dugauguez Sébastien is a seasoned professional in technical operations and facility management, currently serving as Responsible for the Department of Buildings and Operations at Mucem since October 2022. Prior to this role, Dugauguez held the position of Technical and Safety Director at BNF from April 2020 to October 2022 and served as Director for Operations and Safety at Centre Pompidou for nearly nine years, managing a significant budget and a large team while overseeing the preservation of artworks. Additional experience includes Deputy Director roles at the Fondation Nationale des Sciences Politiques and property development management at ICADE, where responsibilities involved extensive project oversight and operations management for major properties. Dugauguez holds a Master's degree in Real Estate from ESSEC Business School and an Engineering degree from Arts et Métiers.
