Mikayla Nicholson is an accomplished professional in the film and media sector, currently serving as Office Manager at MUBI since October 2023. Prior roles include serving as Grants Manager and Artist Services Support Lead at Northwest Film Forum from February 2022 to August 2024, and as Competitiveness Coordinator at Washington Filmworks, where Mikayla managed applications for a $3.5 million Statewide Production Incentive Program. Mikayla also held the position of Education Outreach Manager at Pickford Film Center, overseeing multiple educational and community film initiatives. Additional experience includes work as a Video Clerk at Film Is Truth 24 Times A Second and an internship with the Washington State Senate's Communications team. Mikayla holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism from Western Washington University and an Associate of Arts from Grays Harbor College.
