Hein van der Wielen is a finance professional with extensive experience in treasury, investor relations, and market risk advisory. Since July 2019, Hein has been with Mubadala in a Treasury & Investor Relations role. Prior to this, Hein served as Executive Vice President of Market Risk Advisory at Siemens for a brief period in early 2019. Hein's career also includes significant positions at First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) as Managing Director of Global Markets Products from October 2007 to May 2018, and at Standard Chartered Bank as a Structurer in Rates & FX for nine months in 2007. Additionally, Hein worked as an FX Derivatives Sales Advisor at ABN AMRO between 2005 and 2006. Hein holds a Master of Science in Business Economics with a specialization in Investment Theory from Tilburg University, completed between 2002 and 2004, and is a CFA charterholder, earning the designation from 2006 to 2008.
