Jasem Al Rayaisah is an experienced professional with a strong background in geology and system operations management. Currently serving as System Operations Manager and Lead Geologist at Mubadala Energy since September 2014, Jasem has also held senior roles within various organizations, including Mubadala Petroleum and Tatweer Petroleum. As an assessor for the UAE Innovation Award, EFQM, and Taqdeer Award, Jasem contributes to promoting innovation and excellence in business practices across the UAE. Additionally, involvement in the Abu Dhabi School of Management's Master of Science in Quality and Business Excellence program aligns with a commitment to education and the development of entrepreneurial leaders. Jasem holds a Bachelor of Science in Geology from UAE University, completed in 2001.
