Previously, Didas held various leadership roles within the company, such as Senior Manager of Enterprise Commercial Sales, where a focus on customer engagement strategies led to substantial growth in the enterprise customer base. Didas's career began at Computer Applications Ltd, providing high-level technical support and leading successful system installation projects for key clients. Educational qualifications include a Master's Degree in Strategic Management and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Information & Telecommunications from Mount Kenya University, complemented by diplomas in ICT and various certifications.
