Chidiebere Ugoamadi holds multiple certifications including CSM®, CSPO®, LSSGB®, and SASM® and has extensive experience in sales and management within the telecommunications sector. Currently serving as an Account Partner in Enterprise Sales at MTN Nigeria since October 2017, Chidiebere is responsible for delivering enterprise services and support to the SME segment, overseeing service delivery and strategic implementation to enhance market share. Previously, Chidiebere held roles as a Scrum Master and Product Owner at The Job Hackers, and as a Regional Sales Manager in a prior company, focusing on sales strategy and team leadership. Additionally, Chidiebere has a solid educational background in Accounting from the University of Benin, complemented by certifications in Anaplan, Agile Methodology, and Salesforce.
