Cesar MABANZA has extensive experience in the telecommunications sector, currently serving as Responsable du segment HCV at MTN CONGO since June 2013, focusing on supervising and improving distribution circuits, developing rural penetration strategies, and coaching field teams. MABANZA has also held roles such as Technico-commercial and Responsable Fidelisation, managing customer loyalty programs. Prior experience includes a position as a Business Intelligence assistant at MTN CONGO, where responsibilities involved data analysis and market research, and an earlier role as a stagiaire comptable at NSIA CONGO, encompassing various accounting tasks. MABANZA holds a professional license in business management and a master’s degree in financial management and accounting from the Ecole Superieure de Gestion et Administration des Entreprises (ESGAE).
