Luc Arnaud Tsala is a seasoned HR professional with a strong background in recruitment, employee relations, and workforce management at MTN Cameroon since June 2013. Currently serving as a Specialist in Recruitment and Onboarding and previously as a Coordinator in Employee Relations, Luc has effectively coordinated disciplinary and labor relations activities while managing workforce declarations. In an acting capacity as Manager of Employee Relations, oversight was provided to a team of HR Representatives, along with contributions to the company's code of conduct. Earlier experience includes significant involvement in a call center outsourcing project and employee transitions to HUAWEI as a Human Resources Officer. Luc began the professional journey as an HR Intern at MTN Cameroon. Academic credentials include a Postgraduate Diploma in Socio-Political Management of Enterprises from ESSEC Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Law from the University of Douala.
