Olivia Owen-Beukes is a qualified People Manager with significant experience in human resources and talent management. Currently serving as People Manager at MTM since January 2024, Olivia previously held various roles at Seymourpowell from May 2015 to January 2024, including HR & Talent Manager and Resource and Operations Manager, where the focus was on resource management across teams in Product Design, UX, UI, Digital, and Strategy. Earlier experience includes serving as Office Manager at SchoolWebsite from October 2012 to October 2014, contributing to the company's position as a leading provider of school website design and digital marketing, and working as a Marketing Assistant at H&T Group plc from July 2009 to May 2012. Olivia holds an Associate CIPD qualification.
