Yuliya Morozyuk is an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in the banking and consulting sectors. Currently employed at MTI since February 2017, Yuliya has led the implementation of CRM and ERP systems, including Bitrix24 and Microsoft Dynamics Navision. Prior to this role, Yuliya worked at E-Consulting as a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Consultant, where an upgrade for Oschadbank's CRM version was completed. Yuliya's career began at Alfa-Bank Ukraine from January 2011 to September 2016, focusing on supporting and customizing banking systems and documenting banking processes using BPMN 2.0 notation. Yuliya holds a Master's degree in Management from the Academy of Municipal Management, obtained between 2005 and 2010.
