Brian McLoughlin has over 20 years of experience in the venture capital industry. Brian began their career in 2001 as a Partner at Upfront Ventures. In 2014, they took on the role of Special Advisor at Thayer Street Partners and Venture Partner at FinTech Collective. In 2017, they became Partner and Co-Founder at MTech Capital. Brian has also served as a Board Observer at INSHUR (2018), Polly (2019), Matic (2019), and Embroker (2019). In 2021, they became a Board Member at Voxel and Integriant Ventures Insurance Services.

Brian McLoughlin received their MBA from The Wharton School in 1990 and their BA in Economics and English from Rutgers University in 1986.
