RK Naidu is currently employed as a Manager in the Human Resources department at MTAR Technologies Limited. With a wealth of experience in HR roles at various companies such as AARAN 1 ENGINEERING PVT LTD, Ahlada Engineers, BSCPL Infrastructure Limited, and more, RK Naidu holds a Master of Human Resource Management degree from Andhra University. Prior to this, RK Naidu started their career as a Human Resources Trainee at Manipal Hospitals and gained experience through internships at Adani Wilmar Limited and Tata Group.
