A self-described thrill-seeker, Christine Anderson is a customer success advocate and program manager who is committed to connecting people and processes to deliver greater business outcomes for MTI’s customers as they transform their businesses. She has spent the last 15 years driving innovation and efficiencies in a variety of technology sectors, including software, services, and networking technology, and is currently the most passionate about the work she is doing to drive continuous optimization and innovation throughout the technology journey through customer success.
As a Senior Customer Success Manager at MTI, she oversees the services department, as well as training and career development for entry-level customer-facing roles. For Christine, helping others is the most rewarding part of the role.
